Adding a Day of Coordinator ensures organization and we can deal with any issues that may arise on your big day. We are there to help execute details big & small. Packages starting at $1,500 for 8 hours.

-Two 1 hour pre wedding consultations (ability to visit venue with client if requested.)

-8 hrs on-site with one GGC gal, allowing you to enjoy your wedding day with out worrying about any of the details.

- Coordinating and assisting of the ceremony and reception

- Acting as a point of contact for all vendors

- Assisting the wedding party, family, and guests as needed

-Applies to venues within 30 miles of our office in Crosslake, MN. Travel feels beyond.

All decor styling packages include set up and tear down of rented GGC inventory by Gathered Gold Co team members. We will previously discuss a time for us to set up & a time to come back & collect your rented items from the venue. We have the inventory to make your event stunning on all levels & budgets. Rather than renting each item individually, we have found it is best & most affordable to rent based on guest count.

under 150 - 200 guests $1,750 investment

200-250 guests $2,500 investment
